How can you sell at such great prices?
We buy in bulk direct from wholesalers and keep overheads low. We have large volume sales which allows us to keep our margins low. Our shipping is not expensive and most importantly is very reliable.
How do you ship?
We ship our products very discreet. Products are repacked with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments. The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit one of these packages, the order will automatically be divided into two or more packages.
How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?
Order confirmation with instructions for how to make payment is sent to your email address automatically and immediately after you submit your order. Once payment is received, we process and dispatch your order within 48 hours. Shipping time will depend on various factors such as method of our shipping, postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc., which is why we can only give you an approximation based on our statistics and former experience.

How do I change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we do not make any manual changes or cancellations to pending orders. Since the order process is entirely computerized, it is much faster, more efficient and less problematic to place a completely new order. So, if you wish to make changes to your order, simply place a new order and disregard your former order number. NOTE! Since order cancellations are not accepted once payment is received, you must make necessary order changes before payment is made.
What is the minimum and maximum amount I can order at one time?
Minimum order amount is 60€ and 999€ maximum limit.
Customs have seized my order?
We estimate that about 5% of all orders are seized by customs. If an order gets seized by customs and therefore is considered lost, the customer will get one resend free of charge to another adress, only after a valid seizure letter is shown.
Do I need a prescription to order?
No prescription is needed for any the products that we ship.

Delivery Delays Keep in mind that there are a couple of possible situations that can occur with your order to cause possible delivery delays. An international shipment normally passes through the local and national postal service in the country of origin, then exportation, as well as shipment transfer through ports of exit, transit to destination country with international postal service, importation in destination country (customs clearance), and finally the local and national postal service in the destination country. Each successive step has an impact on the delivery time. Even if the majority of these steps are successfully executed in a timely manner, inefficiency or temporary inactivity during any single step is enough to extend delivery time over the usual and allotted time frame.
Is a signature required?
Normally our shipments do not require signature upon delivery. But postal service occasionally may require it and if you are not at home the postal service will leave a card to advise you to pick up the parcel from your local post office.

We only ship to the UK, Portugal and Spain.
